  • Do you make custom planners & journals?
    Yes, I am always willing to accommodate any request that you may have. Please do reach out to me under Contact and I will do my best to make sure you get what you are after. In your message, let me know the following: 1. The software you are using your planner on 2. Your budget 3. Your required features
  • Can I share my planner/journal with my friends or family?
    Unfortunately, you are not able to do so as all planners/journals are licensed for personal use only. If you would like to get a family or friends bundle, please drop me a message for bundle deals. :)
  • Where do I find my digital download?
    Once you purchase your selected digital content from Private Attic, a confirmation email with the download link will be sent to your inbox. Each download link is only valid for 30 days. However, do drop me a message to resend the download link if you need it.
  • How do I know if the template is compatible with my device?
    For OneNote templates, they are only compatible with the OneNote software on your desktop, mobile, and tablet (including iPad). These will not work on Goodnotes or Notability etc. For hyperlinked PDFs (planners/journals), they are compatible with any PDF annotation app like Goodnotes or Xodo. You can also use these on OneNote by inserting them as a printout, however, the hyperlinks will not work in OneNote.
